Subscription Fees

Due to the immediate access provided to verified supplier contact details and pricing databases, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.

Sourcing Orders & Shipping Deposits

Orders that are cancelled before a supplier is matched are eligible for a 100% refund. Once supplier matching or negotiation has started, a pro-rated sourcing fee may apply. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.
