By subscribing to and using the ChinDirect sourcing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Sourcing & Supplier Directory Services

ChinDirect provides a verified directory of suppliers and acts as a facilitator for sourcing, inspections, and logistics. While we audit and verify suppliers with strict standards, final business agreements are between you and the supplier.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. All payments can be made via ZarinPal or direct cryptocurrency deposit.

4. Sanctions & Compliance

You agree to comply with all regional and international customs, trade, and sanctions regulations. Sourcing items from restricted or blocked entities is strictly prohibited.
